    McArdle’s Disease is a rare, inherited condition that causes severe muscle pain and cramping. It is caused by the inability to produce an enzyme known as phosphorylase or myophosphory- lase, which is needed to break down glycogen, the stored form of sugars.
    I have muscle weakness I feel sluggish everyday.. I don’t have that energy everyday an alot of fatigue. I’m requiring about HGH an how it may benefit me. I have documents of my health issue.. please I would like a reply. thank you

      I would suggest that you ask your doctor if you could benefit from either Intermittent Fasting or some moderate Burst Training.
