    I absolutely agree…you can eat healtheir without it being boring and untasteful…theres so many ways to incorporate healthy foods in your diet now more than ever! and if your a creative person it makes it so much easier

      Hi Jazzi, thanks for stopping by and taking the time to leave your comment.
      I personally have always loved to cook, it’s the only way I know to get full control over what I eat. I can make a meal in less time than it takes for a pizza or Chinese food to be delivered, so for me time isn’t an issue.
      The more I learn about nutrition the more convinced I am that if you want it done right, do it for yourself, and the people you love.

        I am eating the broccoli soup right now. I only have a stick blender and my nutribullet which I don’t put hot liquids in.
        I do like the soup and I am not big on broccoli also!!

        I will make it again with some toppings which I did not have anything right at the moment.

          Dee, I love using my stick blender. But, I usually put it through a food processor first and then use the stick blender to really make it creamy.

          I think the first time I made the soup the only toppings I added were some shavings of Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of EVOO.
          To me, it’s just wonderful by itself.

      Debbi, cheese would be a wonderful touch. I like shaving of parmesan, but many would be great. Please let us know what you decided on?
