  1. I really like your ideas on salad as a main meal. I usually add things like chicken which I guess is not good so I will stop that. The main thing you discuss is the fat free dressing which is essential for this the help people lose weight. Thanks for the great advice.

      Bill, I especially like replying to a comment about salad and my fat free dressing, while I’m actually eating a salad with my dressing. Please try my dressing and let me know what you think. Everybody that tries it loves it, and you can use as much as you want Guilt Free.

        I don’t use fat free dressing but I put a small amount on the side or in a small cup and dip instead of putting it directly on the salad this helps with dressing distribution and I find that doing it this way I use a very small amount possibly a tablespoon or less.

          Mark, my Big Salad fills a 5 quart bowl, it’s BIG! A tablespoon just wouldn’t do it, there’s just not enough to distribute. With my dressing I use all that I want. It’s fresh, it’s Healthy. It’s good for me, it’s got Omega-3’s, and Apple Cider Vinegar for digestion. I make it to my taste, and I know exactly what’s in there. What’s in yours? Was it made in a factory? I bet mine tastes better and costs less, and probably has less calories.
