My Salad would easily feed a family of four
What I Put Into My Salad: The most beautiful and fresh; Lettuce, Tomato, Celery, Onion, Cucumber, Carrot, Pepper, Mushrooms, Apple, Pear, Orange, Pineapple, Berries, Nuts, Seeds… whatever I like.
What I DON’T Put In My Salad: Meat, Chicken, Fish, Eggs, Cheese, Croutons, Bacon Bits or Heavy, Oily, Fattening Dressing!
It has No Fat, Oil or Salt. Have as much as you want.
a Staple of My Personal Meal Plan. Much more flavor than mashed potatoes, pasta or rice. Anything I might put over potatoes, pasta or rice I can put over my mashed beans. I’ve been eating them for over 2 years and haven’t got tired of them yet.
