    Another terrific article Phil, I enjoyed reading it very much and I am with Cristina on the best workout is one you will stick with. That was my problem until you introduced me to the TNT 15×15 workout . Who would think I would look forward to my workouts and working hard each time!!

      Are you surprised by how fast you’ve made progress? Measurable, workout by workout progress. It makes you wish you had learned about it sooner, and think, “Who can I tell next?”
