When Should You Change Your Workout?
The answer to “When should you change your workout?” depends on who you ask, what they know and what their motivation and goals are.
If you’re new to exercise or trying out a new routine like Best 30 Minute Workout Routine Ever take a longer time before switching to something else.
You’re going to feel some after workout pain no matter how easy you take it. You don’t want to be going through a whole other set of aches and pains every week or every month.
There’s nothing wrong with letting your body adapt to a routine.

How Often Should You Exercise?
I exercise every day, I believe we all should. Walk if nothing else, it’ll get the blood flowing and burn some calories. I’ll walk between 5 and 10 miles a day.
What walking doesn’t do is build muscle. You need to do some resistance exercises and the Best 30 Minute Workout Routine Ever is what I suggest.
To step up my level of fitness, to increase my wind and endurance on the days I don’t do the TNT 15/15 workout I Walk/Jog/Run.
My workout with Walk/Jog/Run, changes every day. One day I’ll see how far I can jog before I get winded. The next workout I’ll see how fast I can do a mile or 3 ½ miles. Next time it might be how fast can I sprint 100 yards.
It’s all a means to an end. My goal with my running is to see how much ground I can cover in 30 minutes. I use different exercise techniques to help me get to my desired goal.

If you ask a dedicate; Bodybuilder, Muscle head or Gym Rat their goals may not be the same as yours. These folks like to spend time in the gym and they get their information from others that like to spend as much time as they can in a gym.
They know a lot about; shocking your muscles, keeping your body guessing or muscle confusion workouts. Well, something or somebody is confused here.
What they’re promoting is a Myth. You don’t have to jump around from one magical exercise or weight/set/rep/rest formula to get you to ultimate muscle size.
Bodybuilders are constantly changing up their Isolation exercises to increase the size of a specific muscle group or muscle.
Weight lifters build their muscles more effectively with three Basic Exercises; Squats, Deadlifts and Bench Presses. They’ll cycle through different weights throughout the year. But, the basic 3 Exercises stay the same.
I don’t want to be a Bodybuilder or a Weight Lifter or a Power Lifter. I want to maintain as much muscle mass as I can as efficiently as I can. The workout that best suits my need is the Best 30 Minute Workout Routine Ever

How Long Will I Stay On The Best 30 Minute Workout Routine Ever?
I don’t know, I have no reason to even think about changing my workout any time soon.
The simple truth is, that any routine will work as long as you put in the effort. If you maintain your form and gradually increase the resistance you will make progress and get stronger.
It takes time and consistency. That means never missing a workout. Pushing yourself just a little bit more each time. Never hurting yourself.
You hurt yourself, you miss a workout. I’d rather not.
Does That Mean You Should Never Change Your Workout?
Like I said, my Walk/Jog/Run workout changes every day. My overall goal stays the same, but my daily goals are completely up to How I Feel!
If you’re in touch with your body and not just going through the motions, you’ll know how you feel, and what and when YOU need or WANT to make a CHANGE!

That’s a good question. If you’re in tune with your body and have mastered your equipment, you’ll know.
Don’t change just to change, that would be counter productive. But, if you feel a certain body part isn’t making the progress you want. If you find a weakness, find an exercise that will Hit It!
About once a week I’ll throw in a Super Set of, cable Rows for my back and Presses for my chest. It’s quick and Intense, but it doesn’t replace my 15/15 workout.
